Shipping & Returns
All non-expedited (ground) orders will ship within 7 business days of your order being processed (Business Days are Monday-Friday, we DO NOT SHIP on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). We are not responsible for delays due to weather or incorrect address. Please make sure you allow adequate time for your order to arrive. Any special needs, please contact a sales representative (Your order may be shipped through UPS or Fed Ex).
If an order is placed on Friday after 2:00pm the order will not be processed until Monday. If you have any questions regarding our shipping policy please call our customer service department during normal business hours.
At American Cap and Gown, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your order you can request a refund or exchange within 3 business days of delivery. We will accept only unopened, unused items for return. A return confirmation must be received via e-mail or telephone to validate your return.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within (7) business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. There will be a 20% re-stocking charge for all opened merchandise. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
